Get Moving


Get yourself moving,
go outside and play!
It's good to exercise
each and every day.

Go for a walk,
hop, skip and run,
play a lively game
and have a little fun!

It's good for your body
to stretch and move.
Getting exercise can
help your health improve.

So don't just sit around
and waste the day away;
get up, get going and
make the most of your day!

This is great advice. I usually find that once I get moving I am more motivated. Getting started is often the hardest part. :)
